Lethbridge College
Graduates of the Administrative Office Professional Certificate at Lethbridge College are eligible for admission into SAIT’s Administrative Information Management diploma at the second year, provided they complete three additional courses. Students must complete BCMP 215: Emerging Technologies, BCMP 270: Presentation Software, and COMN 280: Communication and Presentation Skills in order to meet graduation requirements. Overall, up to thirty (30) transfer credits will be granted toward the credential. Red Deer Polytechnic (formerly Red Deer College)
Graduates of the Administrative Professional Certificate at Red Deer Polytechnic (foermerly Red Deer College) are eligible for admission into SAIT’s Administrative Information Management diploma. Overall, up to twenty-one (21) transfer credits can be granted toward the credential. Applicants must also meet the competitive admission and selection requirements of the program at the time of application. Updated February 10, 2017.
Royal Roads University
Royal Roads University (RRU) agrees to facilitate the block transfer of students from SAIT with appropriate prerequisite qualifications into the third year of the Bachelor of Business Administration in Innovation and Sustainability degree at RRU. SAIT Business Administration Automotive Management Diploma graduates with a minimum "B" (3.0/4.33) GPA will be eligible for admission to RRU with full block transfer, provided all other entrance criteria are met (per the program admission requirements on the RRU website) and space remains available in the Bachelor of Business Administration in Innovation and Sustainability program.
Graduates of SAIT’s Administrative Information Management diploma are eligible to block transfer into the third year of the Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication (BAPC) degree provided all other entrance criteria are met and space remains available in the program. Entrance to all Royal Roads University programs is on a competitive basis. RRU is offering students two ways to complete the BAPC degree: an on-campus 1-year (12 months) accelerated program, and an online 2-year (24 month) blended model which incorporates online learning with two short on-campus residencies. SAIT
The Office Professional program is a one-year on campus e-Learning program which makes extensive use of SAIT issued laptop computers for instructional delivery.
